This is an English translation of our German privacy policy (Datenschutzerklärung), provided for convenience. The German version is authoritative.

2. Basics

This website uses no cookies, no external analytics services, and no content from third-party servers. Fonts and all other resources are served from our own server. Your IP address is not transmitted to third parties through embedded content.

3. Hosting and server log files

This website is hosted by 1blu AG, Riedemannweg 60, 13627 Berlin, Germany (data processing under Art. 28 GDPR). When you visit the site, the server automatically processes technically necessary data (IP address, date and time, requested page, browser type) to deliver the website and ensure system security. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in secure operation). Log files are deleted automatically by the hosting provider, normally within a few days.

4. Audience measurement without personal data

We count page views with our own cookieless counter on our own server. Only the date, the requested page, the language version and, where applicable, the referring website are stored. IP addresses are not stored; the creation of user profiles is impossible.

5. Contact form and contact

If you contact us via the contact form, by email or by phone, we process the data you provide (name, company, email address, phone number, message) solely to handle your inquiry. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (steps prior to entering into a contract) or Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in answering inquiries addressed to us). The data is deleted as soon as it is no longer required and no statutory retention obligations apply.

To protect the contact form against abuse (spam protection), we briefly process your IP address when the form is submitted. Only a truncated hash value, salted with an hourly changing value, is stored; your IP address cannot be reconstructed from it, and it is deleted automatically within a few hours. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.

For receiving email at info@beveram.com we also use Google Ireland Ltd. (Gmail) in addition to our hosting provider. Where data is transferred to the USA, this is based on the European Commission's adequacy decision on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework (Art. 45 GDPR); Google LLC is certified under the DPF.

6. Your rights

You have the right to access (Art. 15 GDPR), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and objection to processing (Art. 21 GDPR). Simply contact info@beveram.com.

7. Right to object (Art. 21 GDPR)

You have the right to object at any time, on grounds relating to your particular situation, to the processing of personal data concerning you which is based on Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. Simply contact info@beveram.com.

You have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority. The authority responsible for us is the Landesbeauftragte für Datenschutz und Informationsfreiheit Nordrhein-Westfalen (LDI NRW), Kavalleriestraße 2-4, 40213 Düsseldorf, Germany.
